Join the Paris employment team of a leading international law firm to support and develop a growing labour & employment practice. The role offers hands‑on mentoring, international exposure and collaboration with cross‑border offices.

You will provide advisory support on individual and collective labour relations, assist on sensitive and strategic employment matters, draft legal memoranda and opinions, and support employment‑related litigation. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development and help grow client relationships over time.

CAPA (French Bar) and Master 2 (preferably in Employment Law)
0–2 years’ PQE in business law or employment law
Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English (legal terminology)
Strong research, drafting, organisational skills and attention to detail; able to work independently and in teams
Desirable: prior advisory experience in employment law and interest in international/cross‑border matters
