Join a busy, client-facing Employment & Pensions team in Glasgow on a hybrid basis. The role is advisory and litigation-focused with a strong emphasis on contentious work acting primarily for employer clients across private, public and third‑sector organisations.

You will manage a varied caseload including tribunal litigation and advocacy, large‑scale restructuring/TUPE matters, disciplinary and grievance issues, and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice. The team offers a supportive environment with internal development programmes and opportunities to work with other offices globally.

Qualified solicitor with strong technical employment law expertise
Proven experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience supervising junior lawyers
Strong drafting skills (pleadings, contracts, advisory papers) and commercial awareness
Experience building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development
Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
