A growing insurance disputes team in Bristol is seeking an associate to handle Employment Practices Litigation (EPL) and related liability claims. The team acts for a wide range of insurers and insureds, covering professional indemnity, management liability (D&O/EPL) and business clients across the market.

The role offers autonomy and varied hands‑on work: managing a caseload of EPL claims from pre‑litigation through to litigation, advising on policy coverage issues, and delivering timely, commercially focused advice. There are also opportunities to contribute to team processes, client service initiatives and business development activity.

Circa 1–3 years' PQE with experience managing Employment Practices Litigation claims.
Strong grounding in employment law and tribunal procedure; insurance law experience desirable.
Ability to deliver clear, commercially minded advice and build collaborative client relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic matter management/financial hygiene.
