The role covers cross‑border mandates for energy companies, investors and public bodies, working on transactions, project development for renewables, regulatory matters and related disputes.

You will collaborate with other practice groups and international offices on complex, multidisciplinary instructions. The position offers hands‑on deal experience, structured professional development and an international working environment.

German legal qualification with excellent exam results
Strong commercial awareness and an interest in energy and corporate law
Fluent English (verbal and written); international experience advantageous
Ideally some prior experience in energy law, project development or M&A
