- 3–6+ years of law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or closely related matters.
- Experience advising data center developers, hyperscalers, large energy users, or on digital infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory proceedings (e.g., FERC and state public utility commissions) and transactional documentation preferred.
- Strong drafting and oral-advocacy skills, commercial judgment, and ability to manage client and co-counsel relationships.
