Associate — Energy & Infrastructure Finance, New York

A leading law firm is seeking a motivated associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure Finance team in New York. The role centers on project finance and energy transition transactions, with substantial exposure to renewable energy and infrastructure financings.

Work will include structuring, negotiating and documenting complex debt financings for lenders, sponsors and developers, including construction and term financing, tax equity and other structured arrangements. The team collaborates across offices and works on fast-moving, high‑value matters.

• Minimum 3 years' relevant transactional experience, with demonstrable project finance exposure
• Experience representing lenders, sponsors and/or developers on project, construction, term, tax‑equity or structured financings; syndicated or leveraged finance experience is also valued
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and client-facing experience
• Ability to manage transaction workflows, including real property, UCC and security interests, and to supervise junior associates
• Admission or eligibility for admission in the New York bar (or jurisdiction of office interest)
