Associate — Energy & Infrastructure (Germany, multiple offices)

Leading international law firm seeks an associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure team across German offices. The role covers project development, transactional work and regulatory matters for infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Successful candidates will work on cross-border and domestic mandates, advising sponsors, lenders and developers on project documentation, permitting, and commercial agreements. The team combines sector-focused legal work with pragmatic commercial advice.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent local qualification.
• Experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, project development or regulatory matters (associate level).
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills on project documents and commercial contracts.
• Fluent German and professional-level English; ability to work on cross-border matters.
