Senior Associate, Corporate/M&A — Energy & Infrastructure, Berlin

Senior associate role in a global firm’s Energy & Infrastructure team, based in Berlin. The team advises on complex corporate and M&A transactions and project work across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Work includes cross-border M&A and project-related mandates across renewables and infrastructure (e.g. onshore/offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage, waste, datacentres and fibre). The role offers international collaboration, structured professional development and exposure to sector-focused industry networks.

• Fully qualified with two German state examinations (or equivalent)
• Approximately 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A, ideally with energy or infrastructure work
• Very good English language skills
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and drafting skills, ability to work independently and in teams
• Enthusiasm for M&A, corporate law issues and interest in energy & infrastructure projects; openness to AI-based working methods
