An international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) to join its Corporate/M&A practice with a focus on Energy & Infrastructure. This is an opportunity to advise on complex, cross-border M&A transactions and projects across a dynamic sector.

The team advises on a full range of energy and infrastructure matters, including onshore and offshore wind farms, power plants, solar parks, hydrogen projects, battery storage, waste management, data centers, and fiber optic networks. You will work in a collaborative environment that spans practice groups, borders, and time zones, combining diverse expertise with international experience.

Two German state law exams (Staatsexamen) with at least a fully satisfactory grade (vollbefriedigend)
Very good English language skills
Preferably 4–6 years of professional experience
Enthusiasm for M&A transactions and corporate law questions
Interest in the energy and infrastructure sector
Responsible, independent working style and strong communication skills
Structured work approach, organizational talent, and interest in AI-based working methods
