We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded corporate team in Berlin, working on complex, cross-border transactions for companies and investors worldwide. The role offers direct client contact and close involvement in mandates from day one, supporting both newcomers to the team and experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their expertise.

The practice advises on the full spectrum of corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, restructuring and distressed situations, and general corporate governance matters. You will work as part of a collaborative team in which shared success and individual development reinforce one another.

This opening is available on a full-time or part-time basis. The team offers structured training and development, varied career paths, and the possibility of a multi-month international secondment.

Excellent legal qualifications, including strong academic credentials
Very good command of English
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
Interest in commercial and economic subject matter
Curiosity and enthusiasm for international challenges
Team spirit combined with the ability to work independently
