The team advises financial sponsors, project developers, utilities and infrastructure owners/operators on complex acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and related strategic transactions across power, renewables and infrastructure sectors.
The role combines traditional corporate M&A with project-finance and JV work — from bid process through closing — on cross-disciplinary, high-value matters. Ideal for an associate who enjoys hands-on deal execution and working across corporate and project-finance structures.
- 4–7 years’ post-qualification experience in private equity M&A and/or infrastructure energy transactions
- Experience representing sponsors, developers, funds or utilities on acquisitions, divestitures, JVs and project-related financings
- Comfort with cross-disciplinary matters that blend corporate M&A and project finance; strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills
- New York bar admission or eligibility and ability to work on-site in New York
