Top-tier global energy & infrastructure team seeks a mid‑to‑senior associate to work on large-scale U.S. renewables and energy transition matters. The group advises on award‑winning, market‑leading transactions across renewables (solar, wind, storage, alternative fuels), transmission, and broader infrastructure projects.

The role is based in New York (Washington, D.C. also possible) and offers substantial exposure to both domestic and cross‑border mandates. You will act as a primary deal associate on project documentation and execution for U.S. renewables transactions.

6–12 years' post‑qualifying experience (mid‑ to senior associate level)
U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar or D.C. Bar required
Proven background in U.S. renewables (solar, wind, storage, alternative fuels)
Experience drafting and managing project documents and leading day‑to‑day deal execution
