Senior associate opportunity on an Energy & Infrastructure team in New York focusing on project finance matters. The role is on the partnership track and involves advising on financings and related transactional work across infrastructure and energy projects.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on project finance experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage client workstreams and collaborate with deal teams. New York bar admission is preferred and required within one year of start.

Approximately 4 years of post-qualification project finance experience
Background at a national or international law firm preferred
Proven drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential and ability to work independently
New York bar membership preferred; must obtain within one year if not already admitted
