Associate — Energy & Infrastructure Projects, Houston

Mid-to-senior level associate or counsel opportunity in a top-tier U.S. practice to join an Energy & Infrastructure Projects team in Houston. The role focuses on complex project and infrastructure matters across development, financings and transactional work.

Successful candidates will work on debt and tax-equity financings, M&A, joint ventures and project development matters for sponsors and lenders. The team supports cross-office collaboration and offers structured mentorship, professional development and a hybrid working model.

• Minimum ~3 years of law firm experience (mid-to-senior associate or counsel level)
• Demonstrated project finance experience — debt and tax-equity financings preferred
• Experience with project M&A, joint ventures and development transactions
• Strong academics, excellent drafting and transactional skills, and a client-service mindset
