Join a highly regarded Energy & Regulated Industries team advising on commercial and transactional energy matters. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. power purchase, fuel supply and industry code arrangements), supporting project development and providing specialist due diligence input to corporate and finance teams.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales), 1–4 PQE
Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; commercial contracts experience is essential
Some exposure to the energy sector and energy-related transactional work
Strong legal research, clear drafting skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
