Associate — Energy Project Finance (Renewable Energy) — U.S. (multiple offices)

Mid-level associate opportunity on a national energy and infrastructure team advising on project development, acquisition and financings for renewable energy projects. The role emphasizes both debt and tax-equity work and offers substantive client responsibility across a variety of transactions.

Work involves drafting and negotiating debt and equity documentation, coordinating with lenders, investors and sponsors, and supporting project development and operations agreements (EPC, supply, offtake, O&M). The position is open to candidates for placement in any U.S. office of the firm.

• 3–5 years of energy project finance experience, with substantial debt and tax-equity exposure.
• Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, term sheets, partnership and equity contribution agreements, and related ancillary documents.
• Familiarity with project development and operations contracts (EPC, supply, offtake, O&M).
• Demonstrated ability to manage junior associates, take ownership of transactions, and communicate directly with clients and third‑party advisors.
• Strong academic credentials from a leading law school and membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
