The role emphasizes both debt and tax-equity work and offers substantive client responsibility across a variety of transactions.
Work involves drafting and negotiating debt and equity documentation, coordinating with lenders, investors and sponsors, and supporting project development and operations agreements (EPC, supply, offtake, O&M). The position is open to candidates for placement in any U.S. office of the firm.
- 3–5 years of energy project finance experience, with substantial debt and tax-equity exposure.
- Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, term sheets, partnership and equity contribution agreements, and related ancillary documents.
- Familiarity with project development and operations contracts (EPC, supply, offtake, O&M).
- Demonstrated ability to manage junior associates, take ownership of transactions, and communicate directly with clients and third‑party advisors.
- Strong academic credentials from a leading law school and membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
