Seeking a junior associate to join a national energy transactions team in Houston. The role involves working on domestic and cross-border energy matters across conventional, renewable, and transitional energy sectors, including M&A, project development, project finance, and related transactional work.

This is an opportunity to train with a large, multi-office international practice group and gain exposure to complex, market-leading energy deals. The team emphasizes collaborative work, transactional breadth, and professional development.

0–2 years post-qualification experience, with energy experience preferred
J.D. (or pending) from an accredited law school and strong academic record
Admission or pending admission to one or more U.S. state bars; must be in good standing with the Texas bar or plan to sit for the Texas Bar Exam (summer 2026) if not yet admitted
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
Strong drafting, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a team environment
