Senior associate-level corporate role within an Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) team based in Bristol. The team advises on cross-border transactional work across ENRI asset classes including power (renewables and conventional), mining, oil & gas, digital and other infrastructure.

The role offers exposure to high-value private M&A and related transactional matters, working with corporates, funds, development finance institutions, governments and lenders. You will join a collaborative, internationally connected practice with extensive deal support across multiple jurisdictions.

1–4 years' post-qualification experience at an international or national law firm.
Strong private M&A experience; exposure to ENRI asset classes preferred.
