Join a well-regarded national practice advising on environmental, planning and land‑use matters from the firm’s Melbourne office. The role sits within a specialist environment & planning team that acts for developers, infrastructure owners, and public sector clients on regulatory approvals, compliance, and planning processes.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to statutory approvals, environmental impact assessments, planning appeals and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters and contribute to advice, strategy and negotiations across a mix of transactional and contentious work.

Admitted to practice in Australia.
Demonstrable experience advising on environmental law, planning approvals, or land‑use matters.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills; comfortable with statutory interpretation and regulatory processes.
Ability to manage files, liaise with clients and engage with government agencies and external stakeholders.
