Top-tier international law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team in the firm’s Atlanta office (Washington, D.C. candidates also encouraged to apply). The role involves advising on environmental enforcement and compliance matters, assisting with environmental litigation, and supporting transactional due diligence work.

Successful candidates will work on cross-disciplinary matters for corporate and public-sector clients, drafting memoranda and briefs, managing discovery, and supporting regulatory counseling. The team handles a broad range of federal and state environmental issues.

3–6 years of post-qualification experience in environmental law or EHS practice.
Experience with environmental enforcement, compliance counseling, litigation, and transactional due diligence.
Admission to the relevant state bar (local bar admission required).
Superior academic credentials, strong legal research and writing, analytical ability, and effective communication skills.
