Well-established Italian law firm is seeking an experienced Environmental Law Associate to join its dedicated environmental department in Milan. The role offers hands-on responsibility on complex advisory and contentious matters across environmental permitting, remediation, waste, emissions and environmental liability.

5–6 years' post-qualification experience in pure environmental law, gained at structured or leading law firms
Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza with excellent academic record (strong grades)
Proven autonomy in managing complex judicial and non‑judicial matters
Experience with environmental authorisations, remediation, waste, EIA/VIA, emissions and environmental liability
Excellent drafting skills for opinions and court/transactional documents
Fluent written and spoken English
