Candidates will have substantive exposure to government-side enforcement or defense at the federal level and will work directly with clients. The position requires strong legal research and writing, the ability to analyze complex technical and regulatory schemes, and the capacity to manage matters with limited supervision.
- Law school graduation class 2019–2023
- Experience in environmental litigation (civil litigation at the federal level preferred)
- Government-side enforcement experience or comparable regulatory enforcement background
- Solid foundation in environmental and administrative law concepts
- Strong research, drafting skills, and ability to manage projects independently
