Mid-level associate opportunity in Miami for an environmental/toxic-tort attorney with a focus on asbestos litigation. The role offers immediate, substantive courtroom and discovery experience: legal research, drafting memoranda, pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, and direct client-facing work.

Successful candidates will work closely with a national toxic-tort team and may be considered for hybrid or fully remote arrangements.
