Join a leading international corporate team advising on high-profile, cross-border initial public offerings and listings across Greater China. The role sits within a regional ECM group that regularly handles HK and US-side IPO work and multi-jurisdictional public company transactions.

This is a hands-on transactional role for an associate experienced in equity capital markets and listings who can manage deal documentation, regulatory submissions and coordinate with cross-border teams. The team offers exposure to complex IPOs and public M&A, with opportunities to work across Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Approximately 4 years' post-qualification experience in equity capital markets, with HK and/or US IPO experience
Practical experience on IPOs, listings and public company M&A
Excellent academic record, strong drafting and oral communication skills, and high attention to detail
Client-service mindset with strong organisational/administrative ability and resilience under pressure
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
