Associate — ERISA Litigation, Dallas

National litigation team seeks an ERISA litigation associate to join its Dallas office. The role is focused on complex ERISA class actions and employee benefits disputes handled on behalf of major corporate and financial services clients.

Ideal candidates will have substantive litigation experience with ERISA matters — including fiduciary duty claims, excessive-fee litigation, and disputes involving defined contribution and defined benefit plans — and will work on high-stakes, team-oriented matters in a collaborative environment.

• Law school class years 2020–2022
• Substantive experience litigating ERISA class actions (fiduciary duty claims, excessive-fee litigation, defined contribution/defined benefit issues)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, high-stakes litigation matters
