Apply in confidence →Well-established international law firm seeks a tax associate to join its Executive Compensation & Benefits team. The role is based in Boston with options to work from the firm’s New York or Washington, D.C. offices.
The team advises on a full range of executive compensation, employee benefits and related tax matters for corporate clients. The position offers exposure to plan design, nonqualified compensation, deferred compensation, equity arrangements and compliance issues, working alongside senior tax and compensation practitioners on transactional and advisory matters.
- 3–6 years post-JD experience (PQE) with focused experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
- Strong tax background and experience advising on nonqualified plans, equity awards and deferred compensation.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and client‑facing skills; ability to work on transactional and advisory matters.
- Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and demonstrated ability to collaborate in a multi-office practice.
