Top-tier firm seeking an associate to join an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits team in Dallas. The group advises on executive compensation, equity and incentive plans, and ERISA matters, with an emphasis on executive and equity-based compensation.

Work will include a mix of transaction support and general advisory matters across compensation plan design, equity grant documentation, and ERISA-related counseling. The role offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value matters within a collaborative team environment.

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; law school class years 2020–2024 are preferred
  • Background or coursework in employee benefits, ERISA, and equity/executive compensation
  • Experience on transactional and advisory matters related to equity awards and incentive plans (internships, clerkships, or associate experience)
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
