- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; law school class years 2020–2024 are preferred
- Background or coursework in employee benefits, ERISA, and equity/executive compensation
- Experience on transactional and advisory matters related to equity awards and incentive plans (internships, clerkships, or associate experience)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
