The role focuses on advising public and private companies, private equity funds, executives, lenders and creditors on compensation and benefits matters tied to corporate transactions, restructurings, governance and securities compliance.
Ideal candidates will have transactional and securities-related executive compensation experience, strong academic credentials, and prior law firm exposure. This role requires in‑office availability and adherence to the employer’s workplace policies.
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience in executive compensation & employee benefits
- Experience advising on compensation matters in M&A, restructurings or finance transactions and public company disclosure
- Strong academic record and prior law firm experience
- Ability to work in person in the New York office
