Mid-level associate opportunity in New York for candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. The role sits in a national/international practice advising clients on compensation, benefit plans and related compliance across corporate transactions and restructurings.

Work will include advising public and private companies, private equity and fund clients, executives, and creditors on issues arising in M&A, bankruptcy/restructuring, corporate governance, securities disclosure and tax compliance. The position requires regular in‑office presence in New York.

  • 4–5 years post‑qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits at a law firm.
  • Experience advising on compensation and benefit arrangements in corporate transactions and financial restructurings; familiarity with securities disclosure requirements preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrable law firm experience.
  • Ability to work in person in the New York office and comply with employer policies.
