Growing German practice seeks an associate to join its Frankfurt team advising family-owned companies, shareholders and private clients. The role focuses on commercial and governance matters for family businesses, shareholder relations and succession/estate planning.

You will work on transactional and advisory matters, draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and related documents, and support clients on succession structuring and family governance issues. The team regularly handles matters with cross-border elements and coordinates with tax and corporate colleagues.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent legal qualification
Relevant experience in family/company law, shareholder matters or private client work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with succession/estate planning is a plus
Fluent German; strong English for cross-border matters
