Established German law firm is seeking an associate to join its Family & Private Clients team in the Frankfurt office. The role focuses on advising family-owned companies, shareholders and high-net-worth private clients on family law, succession planning and related commercial issues.

The team advises on transactions and intra-family arrangements, succession structuring and shareholder matters where family and corporate considerations intersect. You will work on cross-disciplinary matters with corporate and tax colleagues and support both advisory mandates and dispute-related issues.

Qualified German attorney (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent admission.
Experience in family law, private client work and/or advising family-owned businesses.
Good drafting and advisory skills; comfortable working across corporate, tax and estate topics.
Fluent German and strong English; team-oriented and client-facing.
