Associate, Investment Funds — Frankfurt am Main

International law firm seeks associates (with or without post-qualification experience) to join a busy investment funds team in Frankfurt. The group advises on fund formation and structuring, regulatory matters for asset managers and distributors, and investment-side work including real estate, infrastructure, renewables, private equity and credit funds.

The role combines transactional and supervisory/regulatory work and involves close cooperation with colleagues across jurisdictions. The team offers structured development, varied mandates and an international practice environment.

• Qualified lawyer in Germany or equivalent legal qualification
• Strong academic record and excellent exam results
• Fluent written and spoken English; international experience desirable
• Interest in fund formation, asset management regulation and cross‑border transactions; commercial mindset and team-oriented approach
