Associate — Banking & Finance (Frankfurt)

Leading international law firm is looking for an Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in Frankfurt. You will work on complex, often cross-border financing matters, including acquisition finance, syndicated lending and restructuring work.

You will be integrated into deal teams early with client contact and receive structured training, mentoring and transparent career progression. The role offers exposure to high‑profile transactions and close collaboration with domestic and international colleagues.

• Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent; admission in Germany expected
• Practical experience or strong academic focus in Banking & Finance (lending, restructuring) preferred
• Very good English and German language skills
• Strong teamwork, commercial awareness and client‑service skills
