Leading international banking & finance team in Frankfurt is expanding its leveraged finance and acquisition finance capability. You will work on high‑value, cross‑border financings for private equity sponsors, lenders and corporates, and collaborate regularly with other practice groups and international offices.

The role offers immediate exposure to complex transaction work in fast‑moving teams and frequent client contact. You will join a structured practice with formal training, clear development paths and international secondment opportunities.

Qualified German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent; entry‑level and experienced associates welcome
Interest and/or experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance and related transaction work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable working in international, English‑language teams
Commercial mindset, teamwork and client‑facing ability
