Associate — Corporate Real Estate

Leading German practice group seeks an associate to join its Corporate Real Estate team, working on transactions for domestic and international investors and financial institutions. Work covers asset and portfolio transactions, joint ventures, real estate finance and restructurings, including cross-border matters.

Positions are available in the firm's Berlin and Frankfurt offices. The role offers exposure to high‑profile mandates, structured training and clear career progression within a collaborative, internationally oriented team.

• Fully qualified German legal exams with at least very good results
• Several years' post‑qualification experience in real estate law; corporate law experience advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness with an interest in corporate real estate transactions
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Self‑starter with strong teamwork and client service orientation
