Top-tier US law firm is accepting speculative applications for finance associates. The team hires opportunistically for transactional finance work across the firm's U.S. offices; specific openings and office location will depend on current needs.

We are looking for associates with a minimum of 2 years' relevant finance experience who are comfortable supporting and leading aspects of secured and unsecured lending transactions, drafting documents, and working with cross‑border deal teams.

Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission to a U.S. bar (or pending admission)
Minimum of 2 years' experience on finance/transactional matters (bank lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or similar)
Strong drafting, deal-execution and client-communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively on high‑volume, fast-paced matters and across offices
