Growing Banking & Private Credit team in San Diego is seeking a transactional associate with a minimum of two years’ experience to join a market-leading finance practice. The team advises lenders and borrowers across syndicated lending, private credit, acquisition finance and leveraged finance matters, with a mix of sponsor and corporate clients.

This role offers exposure to complex financings across industries, collaboration with a national private capital platform, and work on both borrower- and lender-side transactions. The group emphasizes high-quality technical work in a supportive, collegial environment and is continuing to expand.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance
Experience on lender and/or borrower-side financings (syndicated and/or private credit)
Strong drafting, deal execution, and transactional skills
Ability to work collaboratively on complex financing transactions
