Top-tier New York office seeks an incoming associate to join a Latin America-focused finance and capital markets team, start date Fall 2026. The role will support cross-border capital markets and finance matters involving Latin American issuers and investors.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree (LL.B./J.D.) and/or an LL.M.; candidates who completed an LL.M. after at least three years of prior law firm experience are preferred. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
