The team handles a broad range of financings and related documentation; the successful candidate will work on deal drafting, negotiation and client-facing transactional support alongside senior lawyers. This position offers exposure to sophisticated, market-driven matters in a collaborative environment.

4–5 years post-qualification experience in finance/capital markets, with demonstrable structured finance or corporate trust experience
Strong drafting and writing skills; experience preparing transactional documents and closing deliverables
Excellent academic credentials and proven interpersonal/teamwork abilities
Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
