Top-tier Chicago finance team is seeking junior-level associates with transactional debt finance experience. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit and security agreements, and related loan documentation, with regular UCC work and general corporate support.

The office offers structured onboarding and mentoring for lateral hires, a hybrid office model, an active pro bono program, and eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus. This is a hands-on role that will provide exposure to complex financings and client-facing transactions.

Class of 2022–2023 or equivalent junior-level associates
Experience in debt finance and lending transactions
Comfort drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, security agreements, and UCC filings
Strong academic record and prior law firm experience
