Senior associate role in a growth-debt/private credit group within a major international finance practice. The team advises lenders and borrowers (particularly in life sciences and technology) on secured and unsecured financing across syndicated and private markets.

Work will focus on growth capital and private credit transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documentation, advising on security and intercreditor arrangements, and supporting complex deal execution across jurisdictions.

Minimum 2 years of qualifying debt finance experience (leveraged finance, private credit or similar).
Experience with secured and unsecured lending, including UCC/security interests.
Familiarity with leveraged finance, unitranche, mezzanine or other private capital structures.
Strong drafting and transactional skills, and ability to manage deal workstreams in a fast-paced practice.
