Join a leading international finance team in Paris, working across corporate treasury, acquisition and leveraged finance, infrastructure financings (including energy), restructuring and distressed financings. You will be fully integrated into a collaborative team of finance lawyers and work closely with Corporate, Tax, Employment teams and overseas offices on high‑profile, cross‑border matters.

CAPA (or pending) with excellent academic record in business law; additional diplomas (IEP, business school or LLM) a plus
Previous internships and/or initial experience in a finance team at a reputable firm
Very strong written and spoken English; comfortable in an international, cross‑border practice
Analytical rigour, strong organisational skills, team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities
