Top-tier international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Houston finance team. The role focuses on debt finance matters, with opportunities to work on leveraged and acquisition financings across energy and sponsor-backed transactions.

Ideal candidates will have prior debt finance experience from a peer firm; experience on private equity acquisition financings and oil & gas-related financings is a strong plus. Borrower-side representation experience is welcome.

Law school graduating classes 2020–2023
Debt finance / leveraged finance experience at a peer firm
Private equity acquisition finance experience preferred
Experience on oil & gas-related transactions preferred; borrower-side matters welcome
