Leading international firm seeking a Milan-based associate to join its Financial Markets / Banking team. The role will involve advising on banking and finance matters across domestic and cross-border transactions.

We are looking for a candidate with strong banking and finance experience gained at a law firm, comfortable working on complex transactional matters and collaborating with multinational teams.

Law degree and admission to the Italian bar
Proficiency in English; additional languages and a relevant master’s degree are a plus
Significant prior law firm experience in banking/finance or financial markets
