Associate — Financial Markets (Capital Markets) — Hong Kong

Leading global firm seeks a mid-level Financial Markets Associate to join its Hong Kong capital markets team. The role focuses on HK IPOs, other equity and debt capital markets transactions, private equity-related matters and listed-company compliance.

The team works on high-quality, time-sensitive mandates for listed and pre‑listing clients. The successful candidate will draft transactional documents in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), manage deadlines, and collaborate across a busy, integrated practice.

• Qualified in Hong Kong with approximately 5–7 years PQE.
• Solid experience on HK IPOs and capital markets transactions; exposure to private equity and listed‑company compliance desirable.
• Strong drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Comfortable working on-site in Hong Kong, able to manage tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
