Associate — Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Wilmington, DE

Mid-level associate role in a busy financial restructuring and bankruptcy group based in Wilmington, DE. The team handles complex Chapter 11 and restructuring matters across creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders.

The position requires active Delaware bar admission and 2–5 years of hands-on bankruptcy and restructuring experience, with opportunities for courtroom work and engagement on sophisticated Chapter 11 cases.
