Top-tier global restructuring practice seeks a 2–4 year associate to join its Financial Restructuring & Insolvency team in Boston. The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile Chapter 11 and cross-border insolvency matters and the opportunity to work alongside experienced restructuring lawyers on sophisticated restructurings and creditor/debtor representations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and disclosure statements, researching and analyzing issues under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, coordinating Chapter 15 and cross-border workstreams, and negotiating DIP financings, use of cash collateral, and restructuring support agreements. The team values strong technical skills, commercial judgment, and a collaborative mindset.

2–4 years' PQE with demonstrated restructuring/insolvency experience (Chapter 11 experience preferred)
Strong academic credentials and solid grounding in commercial law
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, disclosure statements and conducting bankruptcy-related research
Excellent written and oral communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
