Join a global firm’s Financial Restructuring & Insolvency team in Boston to work on complex, high‑profile restructuring and bankruptcy matters. The group advises debtors, creditors and other stakeholders on Chapter 11 cases, out‑of‑court restructurings and cross‑border insolvencies.

The role offers hands‑on responsibility for drafting pleadings, disclosure statements and reorganization plans, researching issues under the US Bankruptcy Code, managing claims and DIP/financing matters, and coordinating Chapter 15 and cross‑border workstreams. You will work closely with financial advisors and senior lawyers on litigation, negotiations and hearings.

2–4 years of US restructuring/insolvency experience (PQE)
Strong academic record and solid grounding in core commercial law concepts
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, disclosure statements and reorganization plans
Familiarity with Chapter 11, Chapter 15 and cross‑border insolvency issues; ability to analyze bankruptcy statutes and related case law
Excellent written and oral communication, team orientation, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
