Associate — Financial Services Consumer Litigation, Miami

Highly regarded national litigation team is hiring an alternative-track associate to join the Miami office focusing on high-volume consumer finance litigation. The role involves defending financial services clients in state and federal courts and handling matters under consumer protection statutes.

Ideal candidates will have strong research and writing skills, excellent organization and communication abilities, and experience with consumer statutes such as the TCPA and FCRA. Admission to the Florida bar is required.

• 5+ years litigation experience (alternative track) with high-volume caseloads preferred
• Admission to the Florida bar
• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws (e.g., TCPA, FCRA)
• Experience representing financial services institutions preferred
