National litigation team seeking an associate with 3+ years' litigation experience to join practices focused on financial‑services, commercial and real‑estate litigation. The role offers hands‑on work on motion practice, hearings, depositions and trial preparation, plus exposure to transactional aspects of real‑estate matters.

Successful candidates will receive direct mentorship from experienced commercial and real‑estate litigators and work on matters handled across multiple jurisdictions. The team supports hybrid and flexible work arrangements and will consider candidates based in Michigan as well as remote applicants for the right fit.

3+ years' litigation experience (commercial, financial‑services or real‑estate preferred)
Strong research, writing and oral‑advocacy skills; courtroom and deposition experience desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Real‑estate transactional experience or CMBS exposure is a plus
Flexible workplace preference; Michigan‑based candidates preferred but remote/hybrid arrangements possible
