Join a market-leading Financial Services Regulatory team advising major banks, non-bank lenders, payment platforms and fintechs on regulatory obligations across consumer credit, AML/CTF, payments and banking law. You will work on product and business development projects, regulatory change programs, remediation and regulator engagement, as well as AML/CTF disputes and support for M&A matters.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Melbourne with hybrid working (approximately 60% in office). The team offers structured development, mentoring and opportunities for international secondments through a global alliance.

  • 2–3 years PQE in financial services regulatory (private practice, in-house or public sector).
  • Experience with consumer credit and/or AML/CTF law and regulatory compliance.
  • Comfort advising on regulatory change, product terms and disclosure, remediation and regulator engagement.
  • Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder-management skills; interest in building a specialist financial services regulatory career.
